The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place on or before October 3, 2025.

The seller will provide title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price. The seller will pay all the 2025 real estate taxes due in 2026 through a credit at closing based on the best available information. Full possession at closing. No current hunting lease in place.
