How does a Virtual Online Auction Work?
Our Virtual Live Online Real Estate Auctions allow bidders to both see and hear the auctioneer from the comfort of their home or office. Bidding is through our online platform (see videos above for "Creating an Account" and "Bidding Tutorials") and property can be bid on both ahead of the auction and during the "live" auction. Pertinent information is available ahead of the auction on our website and additional announcements are made during the "live" portion of the sale. There are also opportunities to ask questions through the "Message Center" at the bottom of your computer screen.
How do I bid in a Virtual Online Auction?
Bidding in a Virtual-Live Online Auction allows bids to be placed either before the auction and/or while the auctioneer is chanting during the live auction. To bid in a Virtual Online Auction you will need internet access on a computer or smartphone, and a validated account. (see videos above for "Creating an Account" and "Bidding Tutorials").
What if I only want to watch the auction?
To watch an auction, click on the “Click Here for Internet Bidding and Important Documents” button on the auction event page, then click on "Enter Webcast" and then “Play Live Media”. You will be able see and hear the auctioneer and see the bids as they come in. To bid in the auction you must log into your bidder account.
What happens when I win a land auction?
The winning bidder will be contacted either by phone or email immediately after the close of the auction to make arrangements for completing the auction contracts and collecting the earnest money.
