The Watson Farm is generally located 3 1/2 miles northeast of Stockport, Iowa, or 3 1/2 miles northwest of Hillsboro, Iowa.

The farm is further described as being located in Sections 2, 3, 10 & 11, Cedar Township, Van Buren County, Iowa. To access all four tracts, proceed east out of Stockport, Iowa 2 1/2 miles on 130th Street to Vine Avenue (W-40), then turn left or north, go 1 mile to 120th Street, then turn right or east, go 1/2 miles to Violet Avenue then turn left or north 1 mile to the farm. Be watching for pre-sale auction signs.
